Notice: 9th Annual General Meeting – First Fund

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nineth Annual General Meeting of First Fund Limited (the “Company”) will be held VIRTUALLY via an audio visual conferencing facility on Thursday, 27 November, 2025, at 10:00 GMT to transact the following business:

Ordinary Business

1. To receive the report of the Chairman.
2. To receive the report of the Fund Manager.
3. To receive and consider for adoption the Reports of the Directors, Auditors and the Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, (2019 – 2024).
4. To authorize the Directors to determine/fix the remuneration of the Auditors for the 2025 audit.

NOTES

1. A member of the Company entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a Proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A Proxy need not be a member. A form of Proxy is hereto attached. For it to be valid for the purposes of the meeting, it must be completed and deposited at the Registered Office of First Fund, The Octagon, Suite A205, Accra, P. O. Box CT 2069, Cantonments, Accra, Ghana, or sent via mail to capital@semcapitaladvisors.com not less than 48 hours before the appointed time of the meeting.
2. The appointment of a proxy will not prevent a member from attending and voting at the Meeting via online participation. Where a member attends the Meeting by online participation, the proxy appointment shall be deemed revoked.
