Thelma Deku

Thelma is a Research Analyst at SEM Capital Advisors Limited. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree, Geography (First Class Honors) from the University of Ghana, Legon and a Certificate in Banking (Credit), from the National Banking College, Accra. Thelma began her career at Regimanuel Gray Real Estate Company where she worked with the Executive Management in the Administrative Department. She has several years of experience working in the financial industry in roles including Business Development/Relationship Management, Administration and Credit Risk & Management. Thelma has worked in other institutions such as Loans & Logistics Company Ltd and Diamond Capital Microfinance Ltd, where she worked as a Senior Credit Analyst. She is currently pursuing the Ghana Securities Industry Course organized by the Ghana Stock Exchange.
